Oasis Retreat Center Rates

Bunkhouse overnight fee: $25.00 per adult / $20.00 per person under 18 / children 5 and under are free.

Cabin overnight fee: $50.00 per night stay.

Day/Evening Use Fee:  This only applies if you are not spending the night! Day only functions. $200.00 for 25 guests or less; $300.00 for 25 guests or more; Includes use of kitchen, dining and courtyard excluding all lodging areas. (This only applies when you are not staying for night/ Day use only!)

Please note: there will be extra fees for damaged items.

Camping Fee: $25.00 per night per camping unit.

Things to be aware of:
 **The Oasis does provide linens and towels. Towels are located in community bathrooms. A set of clean sheets are placed on each bed for you to change the bedding before you leave. We ask that you take all the dirty sheets into the community bathrooms. We do not have personal items such as body soap, shampoo or toothpaste for your use. You will need to bring those items with you. Thank you.**The Oasis is no longer able to provide volley balls, soccer balls and game sets. We do have a volleyball net set up however you will need to bring your own ball. Thank you.

**Please make sure all windows are closed before you turn the air/heat on. The controls for the air/heat are located in the closet under the community room staircase. Thank you.

**There are many items around the Bunkhouse that can cause harm to children. We ask that children have adult supervision at all times. Thank you.

Cleaning Option

CLEANING INFORMATION: You may choose to do your own cleaning or have our staff clean after your stay. If you choose to do the cleaning, a cleaning checklist is posted in each room. We ask that each group please put back all furniture you may have moved, put away supplies and equipment in their original locations and remove trash.

Cleaning fees: Bunkhouse $300.00

Please take home all personal items and food you may have brought with you.

 If you would like to use the Chapel during your stay at The Oasis you will need to reserve it separately. Please inquire about Chapel use prices. The Chapel/Church is not available on Sunday mornings due to regular Sunday meetings taking place.
You are responsible for any and all damage done to the facilities or property by any person who is a guest of yours on the date/s of use. In the case of damage, please inform Kel @ 620-286-5323. The Oasis Ranch & Retreat Center will itemize the cost to repair said damage and you must agree to pay such statement within ten (10) days of receipt of the cost of repair.

The Oasis Ranch & Retreat Center is NOT responsible or liable for loss of any property of any person who uses the facility on the date of use. It is each group’s responsibility to provide medical and accident insurance for its participants.

Please be aware that NO smoking is allowed and NO pets are allowed in any building or on any Oasis site. It is your responsibility to inform all members of their group of this rule.

You will agree to pay the final Oasis bill upon departure, unless prior arrangements have been made with The Oasis management. You agree that the above information is true and this is a firm reservation.
